Cake making time with Lao Ko!!!

I learned how to make a cake today.The cake's name is angel food cake. Let's learn how to make it.



1) Seperate the egg white from the egg yolk.



2) Put the egg white in a mixer.



3) Add sugar, salt, mango flavouring (any flavour you want), pieces of dried fruit.


4) You set it aside in a pan and let it cool.


Once it is cool, you can eat it! I made this cake as a surprise for Daddy and Mummy. They liked it a lot. You might like it too.
